Lis Wihl (born on August 19, 1961) was a famous American lawyer and author who was employed by Fox News.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual and National Public Radio. She has appeared on weekly shows like The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight The Imus morning show as well as hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's diploma from Barnard College (1983), the Master of Arts in Literature Studies from the University of Queensland (1985) as well as an Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She worked as a NPR legal reporter. She served as the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She was a tenured professor of laws in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed the Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 until the year 2017 Wiehl was an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
