Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas was in a relationship with Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. This romance began after Chrishell Stause and This Is Us actress split in the month of November. In May 2021, news was reported that Pernas Hartley has recently tied the knot in private.
