Cassie Scerbo has been an American actress, performer and dancer since the mid 2000s. Her first big break came when she was selected to be part of the pop group made up of all girls "Slumber Partie Girls", which starred in the CBS's Dance Revolution children's show. In the following years, she was well-known for her role as Nova Clarke in Bring It On: It's In It to Take It (Direct-to-Video) as well as ABC Family Drama It or Break It. But she is most well-known in her portrayal of Nova Clarke in four of the six film series of the pop-culture phenomenon Sharknado. However, in 2010, she chose to leave school and then went on to attend the Slade School of Fine Art at University College London for a time. She began creating music at a young age. She started to upload tracks to her MySpace in the year 2008. Promoter of illegal basement raves was attracted to her songs. Charli was able to start going to in raves, and then began to go under the moniker Charli. Then, her tracks became popular in the local scene and she also released songs "Franchesckaar!" as well as Emelline / Art Bitch. She signed in 2010 to Asylum Records. Alex Metric can be heard singing on the track End of the World. Her debut studio album True Romance was released in April 2013. The album received positive praise.
