Cassie Scerbo is an American actor singer and dancer who was first in the spotlight when she was selected to sing in the group of all girls called 'Slumber Party Girls' that hosted the show for children's entertainment Dance Revolution on CBS in the early 2000s. The show was followed by her role in the ABC Family drama"Make It or Break It and the direct-to-video film Bring It On. The most well-known role she played was in the role of Nova Clarke who appeared in four out of six Sharknado films. Scerbo is a sports and fitness fanatic and committed philanthropist. She devotes large portions of her time to environmental concerns and causes that affect society, including cancer awareness, sex trafficking and the provision of clean drinking water in Africa.
